Responsibilities:

• This position will be responsible to take the business performance of the site, analyzing and planning site sales levels and profitability, preparing reports at the end of the shift/week including staff control, food control and sales, creating and executing plans for sales, profit and staff development, responding to customers complaints.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (more preferably from hospitality).
• Experience: minimum 2 years previous experience in the related field in catering industries (on shore / off shore area) is required for this position.
• Male  max 35 years old.
• Good in English (either spoken and written) and possess a good computer skills
• Have a good interpersonal and communication skill, smart, a team player, honest, and dependable.
• Basic knowledge : Supervisory, Courtessy, Service Excellent, Grooming & Personal  Hygiene.
• Placement in Pekanbaru (Riau).

Responsibilities:

• This position will be responsible to manage a new project and maintain existing project, coordinate team project, management & vendor, handling and manager project budget, project time management and ensure all activities are still within budget.

Requirements:

• Education minimum Bachelor's degree preferably specializing in Food & Beverages Services Management or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience: minimum 5 years previous experience in the related field in catering industries (on shore / off shore area) is required for this position.
• Strong managerial skill, good leadership, interpersonal skill, and good in decision making,
• Highly self motivated, attention to detail and strong analythical skill.
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Work Placement in Pekanbaru (Riau)
