Manufacturing Manager - Batam (Kepulauan Riau)

Responsibilities:

• Manages the production activities of the company to achieve company goals and targets.
• Ensure the product has been produced in accordance with company standards.
• Able to analyze aspects of production processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Find ways to reduce scrap and production cost.
• Responsible for production plan execution and productivity goal achievement.
• Monitoring the performance of the subordinates and ensure daily reporting.
• Ensuring procedures are followed and ESD handling guidelines.
• Supervises quality personnel as required

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in engineering or other technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing management positions, familiar with the whole process of manufacturing, the production plan subdivision arrangements, on-site management, schedule control, quality control, personnel management, equipment management .
• Excellent English skills (written and vocal)
• Familiar with 6S and lean manufacturing methodologies; Good knowledge about ISO TS 16949 as well as 14001.
• Team-oriented, flexible with strong leadership skills.
• Structured method of operation, self-dependent with an ability to work well under pressure and given deadlines.
• Independent, motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility

Maintenance Engineer - Batam (Kepulauan Riau)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the delivery of the business needs by performing effective troubleshooting.
• Establish & implement maintenance plan of equipment, fixture and tooling and planned preventive maintenance routines.
• Maximize the use of production equipment.
• Supporting production activities to ensure all the machines run smoothly.
• Responsible for production plan execution and productivity goals achievement.
• Ensure maintenance cover for production areas is provided.

Requirements:
