Responsibilities:
Job Des Sales Administrator :

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, using records at hand or by gathering information internally.
• Respond to customer demands by initiating internal corrective action to satisfy their needs.
• Maintain effective liaison with divisional departments and divisions within the company as required to achieve goals.
• Determine shipment priorities.
• Respond to customer inquiries with letters of quotation, which commit the company for spare products and build to print.
• Follow up existing orders for salesmen to maintain good customer relationships.
• Review orders with pertinent parties making certain that all necessary commitments are finalized. Initiate sales orders based on above.
• Review customer contract to assure Moog's compliance with all specifications.
• Establish and maintain status for all delivery promises on new orders.
• Interface with accounting to resolve invoicing and credit questions/problems.
• Consult with manager on emergency and complex or unusual situations.

Requirement:

• Male or Female
• Max 35 Years Old.
• Sales chemicals (Plating / Metal finishing) experience min 2 Years (Welcome)
• Education S-1 / D3 with major in chemistry, chemical engineering and science
• Fluent in English (japan leangguage is advantage)
• Willing to work at Karawang area and travelling at custumer side
• Good attitude, Energetic, Possitive Thingking and Hard Work
