Responsibilities:

• Preparing daily report of collection
• Preparing and processing monthly report of collection
• Checking AR collection
• Preparing and processing marketing incentive
• Experienced in managing daily activities of the collector
• Preparing report of expedition expenses, daily and monthly

Requirements:

• Female
• Maximum age 35 years old
• Education Background from Bachelor in Accounting (D3 / S1)
• Advance knowledge of computer literate (Ms. Office, Excel) is a must
• Minimum 2 year of experience in trading industry
• Understand tax, Vat (PPN), and multicurrency
• Thorough is a must
• A self motivated person and able to work under pressure
• Able to take initiative and work independently
• Pleasant personality and good team work
• Good communication skill and honest

Sales Executive - Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Sales Manager
• Prospect for new customers and maintain existing key accounts.
• Provide quotation for project tenders and technical support
• Attend site meetings, provide after sales services support and follow up.
• Cultivate and maintain good working relationships with customers.

Requirements:

• Maximum age 35 years old
• Graduated from Reputable University
• Experience minimum 2-3 years as Sales Representative
• Prefer Manufacturing Experience
• Able to generate new clients, posses basic selling techniques, negotiation, & well presented
• High initiative, aggressive, target oriented, high degree of self-motivation and drive, good in negotiation skill, excellent communication skill, interpersonal skill, and presentation skill
• Proactive, and possess good initiative.
• Fluently in English both oral & written
• Computer literacy (Ms. Office & e-mail)
