Safety Officer - Pasuruan (Jawa Timur)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conduct safety regulations and procedures
• Implement and monitor job safety analysis, safety coordination with subcontractors and vendors

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma degree in Safety, Health & Environmental background from a reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Have been certified by Government and also other institution of SHE Professional.
• Understand SHE Management System standard in the national, international and or other standards issued by other institution like ISO, OSHA, NFPA, SNI, etc.
• Understand about handling chemical, lifting operation and warehouse safety knowledge
• Good leadership and trainer
• Create a systematic procedure achieve company objectives and programs.
• Possess strong communication skills, follow through actions and decisions with sense of urgency, punctuality and ready to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets with sudden changes environment.
• Strong work commitment with the ability to work independently and be self driven.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written) and computer application literacy is a must.
• Willing to be posted within the factory area in Beji – Pasuruan East Java.

Material Planner - Pasuruan (Jawa Timur)

Responsibilities:

• To coordinate with production, quality control, and warehouse personnel
• To ensure appropriate scheduling, procurement, and movement of materials. In addition, the incumbents will be use Material Requirements Planning Systems, maintain system data and provide reports and analysis.
• Contributing in the effort to achieve Department goals for material supply and inventory levels is also a large element of this position responsibility.
• To analyze consumption history on raw material (tube, packaging, secondary material & paint)

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree (preferably Master Degree) from a reputable university, preferably from Engineering, Business, Commercial, Supply Chain, Procurement
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• To perform this job successful, the incumbent should be familiar and has in-depth knowledge in planning for appropriate quantities of materials to support the production plan together with related requirements as well as utilizing Material Requirements Planning systems and prepare accurate material requisitions.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Resources Planning Systems (Infor LN or similar) would be an advantage and also have knowledge in Material Requirement Planning and familiar with ERP Systems would be an advantage.
• Has Knowledge in purchasing management such as negotiate, purchase materials, Proactively search for optimal supply sources and select suppliers, communicate effectively with suppliers in an effort to seek out continuous improvement and reduce total cost
• Have ability to analyze data and have capability to find solution if there’s any problem after analyzing data.
• Possess strong communication skills, follow through actions and decisions with sense of urgency, punctuality and ready to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets with sudden changes of environment.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written) and computer application literacy is must
• Willing to be posted within the factory in Beji – Pasuruan Area or other area
