Contract & Performance Management Officer - Cilacap (Jawa Tengah)
Responsibilities:
- This position exists to report and monitor of third party performance regularly and supporting for any complaint from customer specifically related to third party service
- Minimum Diploma of Management or Management Transport Logistic
- One year in current position
- One years experiences in contract management or Logistics
- Having knowledge in drafting contract would be an advantage
- Able to operate the SAP and FMTP program
- Computer literate; Lotus Notes, Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Power point (Intermediate level)
- Good command in English both oral & written
- A good understanding of cement distributions
- General knowledge of the cement manufacturing process
- Good communications and negotiation skill.
- Good problem solving skill
- Strong personality to build a professional relationship with third party
- Good administration skill
- Leadership skill
- Excellent in reporting and analytical thinking

Truck Compliance Team - Cilacap (Jawa Tengah)
Responsibilities:
- To ensure that all truck and driver comply with Holcim standard and Holcim brand image is clearly maintained, conformity of deliveries, and availability of bulk trucks and other equipments availability on maintenance monitoring based
- Minimum Diploma of Management or Management Transport Logistic
- One year in current position
- Basic understanding on truck operation, min. one year
- Basic understanding on relevant Holcim standard for logistic operation, such as Holcim brand (and its image), ISO, traffic regulation, dispatch process; min. one year
- Microsoft office, Lotus Notes and SAP User
- Good command in English both oral & written
- Interpersonal and communication skills
