Human Resources Officer - Batam (Kepulauan Riau)

Responsibilities:
Primary Purpose of the position:

• Responsible for the daily Human Resource activity, administration of compensation and benefit, recruitment, training, healthcare, organization development, employee relations program, company car arrangement, expatriate permit documents, and other HR administration
• Supervise other HR staff, driver/security team and their activities to give good service to all employees
• Role model for employees in terms of company’s policies implementation
• Key responsibilities of the position:
• Compensation and benefit:
• Responsible on the payroll process
• Liaise with the payroll bureau to all payroll process
• Main interface between company and outsourcing agent for all administration,  control the agent follow Manpower Regulations
• Responsible to manage healthcare process and procedure, and liaise with the respective parties such as healthcare insurance and hospitals
• Responsible to manage company health screen program
• Recruitment and Staffing:
• Responsible to company recruitment process, starting from advertising, CV selection, interviewing, pre-employment preparation, and orientation new employee
• Manage the training venue and prepare training materials, accommodation, and other process
• Manage staff information from hiring, performance review process, and leaving process
• Maintain and provide support for expatriate permit documentation and process.
• Keep good relation with related parties: Manpower office, immigration office, and agent
• Provide advice and assistance relating in HR functions to employees fairly and in timely manner to ensure people are treated in accordance with employment law and Company Policies and Procedures
• Responsible for other HR administration processes

Requirements:

• Professionally qualified in the Human Resources field
• Has 3 - 5 years working experiences in Human Resources
• Good knowledge of Employment Law and changes in HR practice, including equal opportunities/diversity issues, and their impact to HR and the organization
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent spoken and written in English is required, together with strong interpersonal skill, good communication skills, and responsiveness
• Sphere of influence of the position:
• The job needs to be integrated or coordinated with a wide range of other activities, which may be quite diverse in nature
