Accounting - Kepulauan Riau

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and proses check voucher and check
• Review invoices and monitor accounts to ensure payments are up –to-date
• Keep an account of payment that have been made and maintain vendors files
• Analyze the payment of account and resolve the discrepancies related to the invoices
• Generate monthly reports to company and assist in month end inventory account
• Proses Salary Payment
• Prepare employee and company tax (monthly and yearly)
• Prepare General Ledger
• Lease to Public Accountant for accounts and tax
• Other duties that maybe assigned by Superior

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelors/College degree Finance/Accoutancy/Banking or Equivalent
• 2 years’ experience in similar role in Oil & Gas industry
• Fluent in English, spoken & written
• Ability to multitask with minimum supervision
• Required Skills (s): accounts Payable (NAV or others),computer Literature ( Excel, MS Word etc)
• Able to start immediately
• Domicile in Batam
• Maximal age 30 years old
