Product Development Coordinator - Batam
Responsibilities:
- Product development coordinators work on research and development projects for new products in an organization.
- Work with multiple departments in an organization to bring a product to market including engineering, production and marketing.
- Conducts research and also create prototypes for new products to meet the needs of the customer
- Minimum Technical degree with at least 5 years of related working experience
- Minimum 3 years experience with ABS, PVC and Metal
- Preferably from toy or plastic industry background
- Fluent English in writing and speaking

Costing Accountant - Batam
Responsibilities:
- Leading and coordinating with the plant finance and operations team from manufacturing facility in costing standardization, analysis, reporting and review
- Perform product costing (adhoc and quarterly) and analyze/review standard costing
- Responsible for the month-end closing and reporting activities for inventory and costing
- Analyze monthly product margin, inventory valuation and variances from standard cost
- Identify cost saving opportunities and implement cost control and cost reduction measures
- Assist in annual cost revaluations
- Minimum 2 years of related experience required.
- Good Microsoft Excel experience required.
- Familiar with Accounting Software
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English

CAD Engineer - Batam
Responsibilities:
- CAD Engineers work with the PD team, then provide the drawings and plans needed by Technical Engineers that show how a structure or product should be constructed.
- Needs to also have a sound knowledge of materials, production processes and commercial appeal to do his job effectively.
- Typical day-to-day activities include brainstorming ideas in a team and developing concepts using CAD; producing final design specifications; estimating costs; and researching the different materials needed, in addition to the market requirements of the product
- Minimum Industrial Engineering / Technical Degree with at least 5 years of related working experience
- Minimum 3 years experience with ABS, PVC and Metal
- Preferably from toy or plastic industry background
- Capable of CAD Software and solid works
- Fluent English in writing and speaking

Responsibilities:
- Product designers and developers design and develop products.
- Combine creativity, research, and materials in order to create a functional and appealing product. The aim is to improve the way that existing products work and look and/or produce them at a lower cost. They may also be involved in designing entirely new products.
- Product designers discuss designs with product development team, as well as working closely with production, engineers, and model makers.
- Understand technology, production methods and materials, and be able to meet deadlines and work within budgets
