Project Part Pilot ( Based in Batam )

  • Responsible for providing all the Parts for various project activities (such as design verification, engineering prototypes, manufacturing prototypes, pilot production etc).
  • Ensure availability of Parts throughout the various stages of the Project.
  • The parts pilot will work with suppliers, =S= plants in coordination with the Project Manager, IPL to provide the Parts.
  • Participate in the planning and organization of the availability of Moulds & Tools for modifications based on needs identified by the project group.
  • Consolidate the requirements for Parts from various project team members at various stages of the project and maintain an up to date status for each Part and its Revision.
  • Communicate to the Project team on the status of the Parts with an updated dashboard on weekly basis.
  • Work closely with OCP Purchase to ensure availability of Raw Material on time in the right quantities.
  • Organize with the plant procurement of all parts needed for Pilot Run.
  • Will maintain a database of BOM and update the status periodically as decided.
  • Will maintain strict discipline so as to ensure the Parts are stored per revision number.
  • Will be responsible for procuring the Parts, Issuing them to the users and replenish stock level.
  • Will ensure the stipulated commercial and regulatory documents are prepared while sending/receiving Parts .. Will require travel to manufacturing Plants and Suppliers as per Project needs. 
  • The job is based in SEMB, Industrialisation organisation.
  • Degree in any Engineering.
  • Undertand Logistic, Procurement process.
  • Ability to work in multiple projects with multiple IPLs
  • Hands on knowledge of MS Office applications such as MS Excel and MS Access.
  • Very disciplined in maintaining Parts (receipt, Storage, issue, replenishment

  • Design and implement reliable, flexible and balanced manufacturing processes while taking into account the safety requirements, product quality and in accordance with our production system’s principles. Monitor productivity of the plant and solve problems when they occur. Prepare and present motion-time analysis and productivity reports. Identify, analyze and implement improvements to the technical limits and human interfaces of the manufacturing processes.
  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Industrial/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, LADM, MTM, Microsoft Office applications, Gerber software.
  • Analytical with a keen eye for detail
  • Customer service and quality oriented.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Willing to be based in Batam.

Industrial HR Business Partner - Batam, Riau

  • We are looking to recruit an experienced and dynamic driven Human Resources Business Partner Manager.
  • This position will report to the Plant General Manager and is accountable for leadership relating to the Implement and maintain all human resources management policies relating to compensation & benefits, organization development, selection & training, personnel administration and employee relations to ensure planning, budgeting and control meet overall business goals. The individual will need to propose, review and implement policies and plans to achieve strategic and operational objectives.
  • He/She will need to participate in the strategic planning activities and work with Head of Business Unit to define short and long term human resources strategies and manpower plan according to business strategic direction.
  • He/She will partner with regional HR teams to convert the new HR regional programs into a set of clearly defined HR plans and objectives; and lead the implementation of new programs and take the role of facilitator in managing changes in the Company.
  • Degree on Human Resources Management, Business, Administration or any related discipline from recognized accredited University with at least 5 - 8 years of human resources working experience preferably in telco or high tech and multinational companies with have served a minimum of 3 years in Senior Managerial position.
  • Should have solid experience in all-rounded human resources functions, essentially have the ability to understand company's business performance and identify critical HR success factors; covering organization development and learning, compensation and rewards, talent management.
  • Should have solid experience in managing industrial relation and good understanding of Indonesia Labor law
  • He/She must have proven leadership experience to lead company growth, managing organizational change as well as capabilities to plan strategically, formulating & upholding company policies are also essential.
  • Experience and skills to develop and manage HR system; and familiar in implementing job grading system which link to salary scale policy will be an added advantage.
  • The individual should posses a sound knowledge in budgetary control have good working knowledge of statutory regulations and HR best practices.
  • Other key attributes to succeed is proven track record of high level of integrity, willing to work hard, “Be Honest”, having a service excellence attitude and must be fluent in English.
  • Must be willing to relocate to Batam.

Demand Planner - Batam, Riau

  • Strategy and Planning
  • Initiate, define, plan, communicate and follow up company’s business strategy in order to ensure company’s long-term viability, profitability and market share.
  • Manufacturing
  • Develop and improve manufacturing line architect to increase manufacturing efficiency
  • Parameter Management : To analyze forecast, consumption and new launch to help supply team set parameter for the replenishment process.
  • Shortage management : To coordinate with the LT_OM, HUB Asia and plant (if necessary) to prioritize production and supply in a crisis situation.
  • Demand Planning : Animates the monthly CSF process with the defined Business Units. Provide the forecast to Supply Planners that will translate the demand to the supply network.
  • Sale, Inventory and Operation Planning : Part of SIOP process to balance demand and supply.
  • Bachelor Diploma/Degree in Logistic & Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experiences, Well know SAP, ERP, MRP System\
  • Hands-on experiences to manage customer feedback and expectations, and cross-functional production teams
  • Customer service and quality oriented, Business Understanding like Sales, Marketing, Finance
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Must be willing to be based in Batam.
