Duty Operator (For Chemical and Water Treatment System) - Batam

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for chemical water chlorination, water and other systems to adjust various operating conditions, the regular rotation and incident handling.
• Responsible for the preparation and major equipment and systems checks before starting
• Responsible soda runs test, dosing.
• Responsible for major equipment and system preparation and inspection, equipment start-up or shutdown before the start of the process, the operation of each auxiliary equipment and automatic control devices.
• Responsible for the area under the jurisdiction of the device, system registration, records, and eliminate defects.
• Responsible for temporary work arrangements from superior/leadership and team.

Requirements:

• Male
• Maximum age 45 years old
• Good health, without any infectious diseases
• Must have experience in the similar job at least 3-5 years
• Minimum Senior High School or equivalent
• Have a valid certificate of skills relevant
• Proficient in English Language and able to speak Mandarin (more preferable in speaking and reading).

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the inspection of the mechanical and electrical equipment, maintenance and overhaul (including pumps, motors, pipes, etc).

• Replacing high pressure high temperature piping belongs valves, elbows, production welding groove, grinding pressure valves.
• Maintenance regular pumps and rotating machinery area.
• Directing, coordinating organizations under its emergency equipment.
• Handle correctly the safety and equipment.
• Responsible the area under the jurisdiction of the device, the system’s flaws registration, records, and eliminate defects.
• Responsible for temporary work arrangements from superior/leadership and team

• For boiler auxiliary equipment, piping, valves weak link, proposed preventive measures and improvement program.
• Responsible for the boiler heating surface, superheater, reheater, economizer, water wall, ash bucket, boiler slag machine, fire mouth, the length of the secondary air and boiler soot blowing gun overhaul and maintenance
• Planning, reporting, inspections and preservation work for spare parts.
• Improve team building; improve the quality of political, enhance the cohesion of the colleague.
• Responsible for the work, timely maintenance overhaul and report work to superior.
