Mechanical Designer - Gresik (Jawa Timur)

Responsibilities:

• To make the detailed design of mechanical constructions, machine parts, piping layout and mechanically functional equipment based on input from the engineering department
• To provide corresponding technical drawings using AutoCAD
• To read, interpret and improve upon existing designs, drawings and specification
• To support the project management in terms of schedules, cost estimations and reports
• To prepare documents and give technical support in tendering procedures
• To report personal progress against planned project budgets and schedules

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree (S1) Technical Industrial
• Minimum 5 years experience in the same field / position
• Expert proficiency in using AutoCAD
• Excellent communication skills, good planner and ability to work in a team
• Good knowledge of English (oral & written) and MS office
• Knowledge of electrical design will be a strong plus

Process Engineer - Gresik (Jawa Timur)

Responsibilities:

• To assistance for all production problems related to process and raw materials
• To follow up of production parameters evolution and raw materials
• To follow up and trials of new raw materials
• To follow up of process know-how and quality
• To execute in the field all  projects agreed with the unit leaders and work in cooperation with QC / QA Supervisor
• To takes into consideration safety related problems and determines machines, raw materials and workforce
• To have interpretation of production results and establish a relation between results and process parameters in vie of optimizing the process parameter to the maximum
• To propose modification to improve the production process
• To organize / participates in process training in the factory
• To ensure all the ISO / OHSAS procedures has been implemented

Requirements:

• Age 30 - 35 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree / S1 , preferably Chemical Engineering
• Min 3 years experience in the same field / position
• Detail , good planner and good communication
• Good command of English (oral & written) & MS. Office
• Good knowledge of the operation equipment laboratory, chemical analisys and calibration
• Willing to work in Gresik, East Java

Senior Purchasing Staff - Gresik (Jawa Timur)

Responsibilities:

• To process all Purchase Request from different departments according to company regulation
• identifying potential suppliers, visiting existing suppliers, and building and maintaining good relationships with them;
• conducting research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality;
• liaising between suppliers, manufacturers, and relevant internal departments
• Negotiating and preparing draft contracts and monitoring their progress - checking the quality of service provided;
• Evaluating bids and making recommendations based on commercial and technical factors

Requirements:

• Age 26 – 40 years old.
• Minimum S1 Industrial or Machine engineering
• Ideally have min. 5 years of experience in purchasing for industrial manufacture
• Honest, thorough, hard working and motivated young people
• Excellent negotiation abilities  and good communication
• High affinity with IT and personal drive to automate standard processes
• Good knowledge in English, Windows, Ms. Office
• Experience with SAP is recommended
