Accounting Supervisor - Aceh

Responsibilities:
  • Understand Taxation with the updated tax rules
  • Daily operational function of Accounting Department
  • Installs, modifies, documents and coordinates implementation of Accounting systems and accounting control procedures
  • Prepare and review journal entries and account analysis
  • Assist with weekly, monthly billing
  • Assist with cash receipts processing
  • Manages monthly accounting close cycle
  • Prepares and analyzes financial and operational reports
Requirements:
  • Age 30 years old
  • Minimum Diploma Major Accounting/Tax
  • 3 years in the related field and position
  • Hard worker, honest and able to work independently as well as in team
  • Self motivated,  well organized
  • Knowledgeable of operating Accounting Software / (Zahir) is an advantage
  • Good communication skill
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience with tax report
  • Knowledge in Cashier would be advantage

  • Provide all function in administration support for Director
  • Responsible in making  travelling schedule for Director
  • Provide for on time daily, weekly, monthly report to Director
Requirements:
  • Female
  • Required language(s): Fluent in Korean and English
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): excellent interpersonal & communication skill
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
