Drafter - Medan (Sumatera Utara)

Responsibilities:

• Field survey customer / construction consultant
• Designing plan and calculate budgeting
• Cooperate with team (architect/sales/marketing/contractor team and bank).

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor degree majoring in Civil / Architecture  with GPA 3,00
• Good personalities, energetic and able to work under pressure, aggressive, initiative and customer oriented
• Having an excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• English proficiency (minimum passive)
• Computer literacy / having good  skill to operate Autocad  Program (minimum 2D)
• Have a driving license (SIM A / SIM C) is advantage.

Sales Promotion Rumahku - Medan (Sumatera Utara)

Responsibilities:

• Promoting the program for housing (construction of renovation, new house etc)
• Coordinating on aroutine basis all parties involved (contractor, Bank, retailer)
• Recommending potential customer to Coordinator
• Follow Coordinator instruction (promotion and visits) given during weekly briefing
• Follow up customer during the whole program process (application, bank process, construction)

Requirements:

• Minimum Senior High School and maximum Diploma in any major.
• Good personalities, energetic and able to work under pressure, aggressive, initiative and customer oriented
• Having an excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Have a driving license (SIM C) is advantage.
• Minimum 1 year experience as surveyer / fresh graduate are welcome to apply
