PT Astra Honda Motor - PT AHM or Astra Honda Motor is Jakarta based motorcyle manufacturers giant. The Company has had a presence in Indonesia for more than 42 years, AHM was first established in 1971 as PT Federal Motor. PT Astra Honda Motor was established in 2001 as a merger results of PT Federal Motor with its subsidiaries. PT Astra Honda Motor is joint venture company between Indonesian diversified holding company PT Astra International Tbk and Japanese Automotive Company Honda Motor Company Ltd, respectively with share ownership of 50% and 50%. At present, AHM operates 3 manufacturing facilities with installed production capacity of 4.2 million units of Honda Motorcyles per year. According to AHM's news release on 11 November 2013 as cited by JobsCDC.com, AHM sold 3,934,377 units of  Honda motorcycle in the first 10 months of 2013, which was a 27.5% rises year-on-year.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in Communication Science, Management, DKV, Industrial Engineering
• Minimum GPA of 3.00
• Maximum age of 27 years old
• Have a good conceptual thinking skill
• Have a good organizational skills, both work and team
• Have a good leadership skill

Training Development Analyst

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in Mechanical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering Education.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00
• Maximum age of 27 years old
• Able to make the syllabus.
• Have a good data analitical skill
• Have a good problem solving skill
• Have a good managerial skill
• Computer literate
• Have a good knowledge and interest in the automotive field, especially motorcycles

Training Development

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years diploma program (D3) majoring in Multimedia, Mechanical Engineering Education
• Minimum GPA of 3.00
• Maximum age of 25 years old
• Familiar with video editing / multimedia.
• Have a good knowledge of basic general engineering
• Have a goo teaching skill

Parts INV Section Head

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in Industrial Engineering
• Minimum GPA of 3.00

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in Architecture Engineering, Interior Design

• Familiar with 3D Max, AutoCAD, and Photoshop
