Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Law or Management
• Minimum GPA 2.80 (scale 4.00)
• At least 1 years of working experience in Human Resourcing
• Self motivated, excellent communication and team work, coordination and negotiation skill, with high integrity
• Have a good knowledge of how to manage industrial relation

Quality Control (QC Field) - Code : QCCBT01

Requirements

• Male
• Education
• SMK majoring in Agriculture Technology, Chemical Analyst
• D3 majoring in Food Technology, Chemistry, or Biology with minimum GPA 2.75 (scale 4.00)
• At least 1 years of working experience in Quality Control
• Self motivated, excellent communication and team work, coordination and negotiation skill, with high integrity
• Have a good knowledge of quality Management System

Organization & Development Staff (HR Dept) - Code : ODCBT01

Requirements

• Male
• Have a strong physical and mental
• Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in Psychology
• Minimum GPA 2.80 (scale 4.00)
• At least 1 year of working experience in Recruitment, Training & Assessment in manufacturing company
• Understanding of psychological tools, both conceptual and practically
• Self motivated, excellent communication and team work, coordination and negotiation skill, with high integrity
• Have a good knowledge of Key Performance Indicator

Security - Code : SCOCBT01

Requirements

• Male, maximum age 30 years old
• Minimum SMA/SMK from any major
• Have Security Certificate or Training for Security Management
• At least 1 year of working experience as Security
• Self motivated, excellent communication and team work, coordination and negotiation skill, with high integrity

Electrical Technician - Code : TEKCBT01

Requirements

• Male
• SMK, Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in Electrical Technology
• Minimum GPA 2.80 (scale 4.00)
• At least 1 year of working experience in Engineering
• Self motivated, excellent communication and team work, coordination and negotiation skill, with high integrity
• Have skills and competencies in electricity, engineering, repairing and maintenance

Area Sales & Promotions Representative - Code : ASPRCBT01

Requirements

• Male
• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1)
• Minimum GPA 2.80 (scale 4.00)
• At least 1 year of working experience in Marketing
• Self motivated, excellent communication and team work, coordination and negotiation skill, with high integrity
• Computer literate (MS Office)
